In the Ochre Painted Coffee Table, a wide round top rests on a short cylindrical drum, and the whole form is given over to a single painted field of ochre, amber, cocoa, black and dusty pink, laid on in loose, sweeping strokes. The paint follows the curvature of the drum and spreads across the flat top.
