Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Times
TEKOO will nominate the method and date of delivery. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Shipping costs are included in the selling price. The product price does not include consumption tax, import tax, or customs duties.
If TEKOO cannot ship or deliver a product within a stipulated timeframe due to circumstances beyond its control, such time will be extended for a reasonable period after such circumstances have ceased to have an impact and TEKOO will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the purchaser, including any consequential loss or damage, arising from delays in shipping or delivery.
TEKOO may make part deliveries of any order until such time as the total order is satisfied in full.
Deliveries may require a signature as confirmation of receipt. Inability to receive the goods may incur additional freight charges payable by the purchaser.
Title in the product(s) will not pass to you until the delivery of your products and full payment has been processed by us. If your payment fails for any reason TEKOO reserves the right to reclaim the product(s) from your possession, custody or control even if they have been delivered to you or moved from the delivery address. TEKOO reserves the right to keep or sell the products.
Risk of loss, damage or deterioration in respect of a product passes to the purchaser on delivery. Responsibility for the preservation and maintenance of the product passes to the purchaser on delivery.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Small Parcels: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Large Furniture (Sofas, Beds, Cabinets, etc.): Shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. Due to carrier minimums, shipping single bulky items incurs a higher flat-rate average.
Freight Delivery Process (Important)
Curbside Delivery Only: All freight shipments are standard curbside delivery. The carrier will unload the item at the curb or the end of your driveway. You are responsible for moving the items into your home.
Delivery Appointments: The carrier will call you prior to arrival to schedule a delivery window. You or an authorized adult must be present to sign for the delivery.
Damage Inspection
Please inspect the exterior packaging upon arrival. If there is visible damage, you MUST note "Damaged" on the driver's delivery receipt before signing. Failure to do so will void our ability to file a claim with the carrier and process a free replacement.
Surcharges & Restrictions
Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping fees apply and will be calculated in your cart.
P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: We cannot deliver large freight items to these address types.
Large Volume Orders
Oversized or bulk orders may incur special delivery fees beyond standard rates. For more details or custom quotes, please contact us at contact@tekoo.com.
